The vabsRider is a biomechanical solution that works with you, not against you. Our patent-pending Virtual Axis technology allows each side of the saddle to rotate independently around a central pivot - a Virtual Axis - that mimics your natural pedalling motion.
Hip Alignment
Engineered for seamless motion, the Virtual Axis replaces static saddle compression with dynamic support — providing comfort no amount of memory foam can match.
Weight Distribution
By transferring weight to the femurs, the vabsRider eliminates the soft-tissue pressure and sit-bone pain caused by traditional saddles. With pedals, handlebars and dual seat pads, the rider has six points of contact.
Postural Stability
By aligning with your hip joint, the Virtual Axis stabilises the pelvis. The seat moves in sync with your pedal stroke, eliminating the side-to-side rocking and friction-induced chafing caused by static saddles.

Do I need to adjust the vabsRider to suit my height?
Yes, the vabsRider is fully adjustable to ensure the virtual axis aligns perfectly with your personal hip height and riding position.
Does the moving seat make the bike feel unstable?
No. The Virtual Axis is designed to follow your body's movement, providing a more stable and "connected" feeling to the bike than a traditional static seat. Some people liken the sensation to 'running' on the bicycle.
Will the vabsRider fit my bike?
Bicycles that meet the following specs are compatible with the vabsRider:
- Bicycles that accommodate a seat post length of 270mm/10.6 inches
- Bicycles that accommodate one of the following seat post diameters: 27.2 mm/ 1.07 inches, 30.9 mm/ 1.22 inches, 31.6 mm/ 1.24 inches
