Warranty
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the 1-year warranty provided with the vabsRider. The warranty ensures repair or replacement for eligible defects under the following terms:
1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to:
- Defects in materials or workmanship of the vabsRider within the 1-year warranty period, which commences on the date of delivery.
- Remedies, may include repair or replacement, at the sole discretion of TK-800 Pty Ltd trading as ataraxyBSC.
2. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper maintenance of the vabsRider.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering with the vabsRider.
- Normal wear and tear, consumable parts, or cosmetic damage.
- Damage caused by external events such as natural disasters.
3. Serial Number Integrity
- Tampering Prohibited: The warranty is void if the vabsRider’s serial number is removed, defaced, or altered in any way.
- Customers must ensure the serial number remains intact for identification during warranty claims.
4. Returns Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim or return the vabsRider, follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Email admin@ataraxyBSC.au to report the issue and obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
- Provide Documentation: Submit proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) and a detailed description of the problem.
- Wait for claim to be assessed.
- If accepted, Prepare the vabsRider: Ensure the product is clean, safely packaged, and includes all accessories originally provided.

Shipping:
- Ship the product to the address provided with the RA number prominently displayed on the package.
- The customer is responsible to use the preferred supplier and account for the return shipping and provide tracking information.
5. Assessing the Warranty Claim
To determine warranty eligibility, the following process will be followed:
- Initial Review: Upon receiving the claim, ataraxyBSC will review the submitted information, including proof of purchase and the problem description.
- Inspection: If deemed appropriate, the vabsRider must be sent to ataraxyBSC for physical inspection. The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
- Decision: After review, ataraxyBSC will decide whether the issue is covered under the warranty.
- Next Steps: If covered, a repair or replacement will be arranged. If not covered, the customer will be notified with an explanation.
6. Lost or Undelivered Returns
● ataraxyBSC is not responsible for products lost or undelivered during return shipping. Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping method and insure the package if necessary.
7. Limitations of Liability
ataraxyBSC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the vabsRider’s failure or use. Remedies are limited to repair or replacement.
8. Consumer Rights
This warranty complements rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws (e.g., Australian Consumer Law), which may offer additional remedies if the vabsRider fails to meet acceptable quality standards.
9. Governing Law
The warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
